Ingredients:

* 250 grams chicken

* 1 tablespoon corn flour

* 1 beaten egg

* 1/4 cup oil

* 1/4 teaspoon garlic

* 1/4 teaspoon chopped green chilies.

* 1/2 cup chicken stock

* 1 tablespoon light soya sauce

* 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

* 1/4 teaspoon sugar

* 2 tablespoon water

* 1 finely chopped spring onions.  



Process:

  Take a bowl and add flour, salt, and pepper along with the beaten egg in it. Mix all these ingredients properly and prepare a batter. Next, dip the chicken pieces in the batter one by one. Make sure it is properly coated and keep aside for half-an-hour.



Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan over a medium flame. Once the oil is sufficiently hot, place the coated chicken pieces in the oil and deep fry till they turn golden brown in color. Once done, drain the excess oil and keep it aside till further use.


Now, to prepare the Manchurian sauce, heat oil in another pan over medium flame. Once the oil is hot enough, add the garlic to it. Fry till they become slightly brown in color. Now add in green chilies. Sauté it for about a minute or so.



Then, bring the flame to low and add in the chicken stock, soya sauce, salt, sugar, and pepper. Allow this mixture to simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Once done, add in cornflour along with water in it and bring the mixture to a boil. The last step is to place the fried chicken pieces into the Manchurian sauce. Bring the flame to medium-low and allow the dish to cook for close to 5 minutes. Once done, turn off the flame and transfer the Chicken Manchurian into a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot with fried rice.

Hi guys. Let's go for the delectable recipe of chicken fried rice.

It is usually served with chicken Manchurian, the recipe of which I have shared with you previously. So, it's time for the Fried rice recipe to be shared.

here are the ingredients:

*Boneless chicken: half kg.

*Rice: 2 glass

*capsicum: 1/sliced

*Cabbage: half /sliced.

*Carrot: 1/diced.

*salt: up to taste.

*Black pepper: 1.5 tbs

*vinegar: 2 spoons

*Soy sauce: 1 spoon

*garlic: 2 tbs/minced.


Process:

pour 4 glasses of water and add 2 glasses of rice to it. Add 2tbs of salt.

HACK

Always  add the number of the glass of water

Double than the glass of rice. Rice will be cooked enough to be steam-cooked further in this way and all the water will be completely used.

Also,

Add salt(tbs) equal to the number of glasses of rice.


Boil the rice till it is partially cooked.


Remaining process:

Boil the chicken. Then cut it into small pieces.

Put a pan on the stove. add oil. Add garlic and let it be brown. 

after this, add pieces of chicken along with carrots, capsicum, and cabbage and fry the vegetables with it. Add black pepper and salt. Keep on adding vinegar and soy sauce while stirring.

Take a frying pan, apply oil and put a beaten egg In it. Cook it. Chop it and then add it to that pan that contained veggies and chicken.

Now add half cooked rice in it and steam cook it on low flame for 5 minutes. Mix rice with other ingredients after removing the pan from the stove.

The yummiest fried rice is ready.
